Shifts: Morning (6:00–11:00 AM) OR Evening (5:00–10:00 PM)

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to help us grow our brand and expand our community in the St. Pete & Tampa Bay area. If you have a passion for sports, entertainment, or fitness — whether it’s volleyball, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, dancing, singing, or hosting open mics — this role is for you!

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Lead, you’ll:

• Represent Coolvibes.life at events by playing, socializing, and engaging with community members.

• Recruit and onboard new players/customers across sports and entertainment activities.

• Market upcoming events through social media, community groups, and word-of-mouth.

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, or TikTok.

• Use your personal network (preferably 1,000+ followers in St. Pete/Tampa Bay area) to promote activities.

• Collect customer feedback and data to help shape new product ideas.

• Assist with product discovery by identifying new trends in sports and entertainment.

• Develop and execute grassroots marketing campaigns to attract participants.

• Collaborate with trainers, coaches, and entertainers to design fun, customer-driven experiences.

• Foster a welcoming, energetic environment that encourages participation and retention.

Requirements

• Passion for sports or entertainment (volleyball, pickleball, tennis, kayaking, dancing, singing, hosting events, etc.).

• Strong people skills — outgoing, approachable, empathetic, and community-focused.

• Basic marketing skills — ability to promote events and attract participants.

• Familiarity with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, or TikTok).

• Existing social media presence (1,000+ followers preferred, especially in St. Pete/Tampa Bay).

• Comfortable spending time playing, socializing, and networking with like-minded individuals.

• Ability to collect feedback and suggest improvements to products.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage flexible shifts (mornings or evenings).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Event coordination or community management experience.

• Background in customer engagement, sales, or local marketing.

• Ability to capture and edit short-form video content.

• Previous involvement in fitness studios, recreational clubs, or entertainment organizations.
